3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access signals or content through your subscription. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on the billing cycle you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility for refunds.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: resell, redistribute, or publicly publish signals or content from our platform; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; attempt to reverse-engineer our platform; use our services in any way that violates applicable laws; or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or trial restrictions.
7. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
All signals, analysis, and educational content provided by Signals Desk are for informational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading carries significant risk of loss. You should consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions. Past performance of signals is not indicative of future results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signals Desk and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, including trading losses incurred following signals or analysis provided on our platform.

10. Termination
